Order Processing
Once you place your order, our team gets to work!
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods or sales, this may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and the item.
Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before checking out.
Here’s a general idea:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Tracking may take a couple of days to update, especially at the start — don’t worry, your order is on its way!
Multiple Packages
To get your items to you quickly and efficiently, some orders may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking info for each shipment.
